New album "Like a Dancer Unstrung" is now available online!
This album is a collection of songs that Kit has co-written with author Steven Erikson.
Kit Soden is a composer and songwriter based out of Montreal, Quebec. While currently studying at McGill's Schulich School of Music, Kit performs regularly as an acoustic singer-songwriter. He is working on a collection of solo recordings, some already available, and others soon to be released. These new works blends his unique style of acoustic rhythms with unmistakable vocals in what can best be described as prose-like storytelling, containing influences of folk, old-country, classical, jazz, and canadiana. Each of Kit's songs share a part of his history with the audience. But they also allow listeners to reconnect with their own memories, by expressing experiences that we all often share. Kit's songs are stories that we can all relate to, one's that paint colourful pictures of the richness of life and the landscapes that surround us.
